A complete and well-integrated system needs a range of electrolysis accessories designed to handle fluid management, gas separation, inline measurement, and secure cell assembly. Our portfolio is developed around the practical needs of electrochemical researchers — so you have the reliable tools required to build and operate your experimental setup with confidence.
Our accessories are grouped into four functional categories, each designed to integrate seamlessly with our X-Cell and X-Stack electrolysis platforms — and with flow cells from any manufacturer that uses standard fittings.
At minimum: a flow cell, an electrolyte reservoir, a pump, hydraulic tubing and fittings, and – for water electrolysis – a gas-liquid separator. Temperature control and inline measurement tools are added as your research becomes more demanding. See our detailed guide for building a full electrolyser R&D setup.
Yes. Our accessories use standard fittings (Swagelok 1/8″ or 1/4″), GL-threaded glass ports, and inert wetted materials, which makes integration into existing lab equipment straightforward. Our temperature control units in particular are designed as chemistry-agnostic inline heat exchangers that work with any electrochemical flow loop.
Yes – we offer pre-configured bundles that combine reservoirs, tubing, fittings, and optional pump integrations. If you’re unsure what to order, send us a description of your experiment and we’ll scope a complete setup.
The choice comes down to flow rate and system scale. 1/8″ fittings are standard for M-Cell and small X-Cell setups where volumes and flow rates are modest. 1/4″ fittings are for larger X-Cell configurations or X-Stack systems where higher flow rates and lower pressure drop matter.
250 mL for catalyst screening and short-duration experiments, 500 mL for standard single-cell research, and 1000 mL for long-duration stability testing or multi-cell flow loops. All three sizes share the same multiport GL-threaded architecture for reference electrodes, gas sparging, and sensor integration.
Yes. These consumables are covered in our dedicated categories — a wide range of electrodes, AEM/PEM/Nafion membranes, and PTFE/EPDM/VITON gaskets sized for every cell in our platform.
