About the product

This package brings the same complete, leak-free hydraulic connection system as our standard 1/8″ Connection Pack, scaled down for applications where only small electrolyte volumes are needed. It’s built around a set of 60 mL, 30 mL, and 20 mL vials, sealed with septum-fitted N24 lids instead of standard GL45 bottles — making it the ideal match for the M-Cell and other small-format flow-cell or electrolysis test setups.

Rather than the GL45 lid pack used with our standard glass bottles, this package uses N24 lids with septums, allowing tubing or needles to pass directly through a self-sealing septum. This keeps the headspace and dead volume to a minimum — useful when working with limited quantities of electrolyte, expensive or hard-to-source chemistries, or early-stage material screening.

The rest of the hydraulic circuit is unchanged from our proven 1/8″ Connection Pack: fluidic sealing is based on a flangeless nut-and-ferrule compression system (1/8″ nuts with yellow ferrules), giving reliable, reusable seals on PTFE hard tubing. PEEK unions connect lengths of hard tubing rigidly throughout the circuit, and barbed fittings bridge the hard PTFE process tubing to the flexible peristaltic pump tubing at the pump interface. A Y-piece female connector enables convenient sampling or pressure-relief points. Tube clamps allow flow to be stopped at any point without disconnecting tubing, and the included tube cutter ensures clean, square cuts for consistent sealing.

Because the vial set replaces both the bottles and the bottle lid pack from our standard package, everything needed for a complete small-volume fluidic loop — vials, lids, tubing, fittings, and tools — is included in this one bundle.
