DESCRIPTION:
This 2-channel peristaltic pump ensures a simple way of circulating both solvents through a redox flow battery or electrolyser test cell. Functions and features include:Color LCD display, touch screen and keypad. Reversible direction, start/stop and adjustable speed.Flow rate calibration.Flow rate display and control; Cumulative dispensed volume display.Anti-drip function ensures dispensing accuracy.0.2% high precision rotating speed control with 0.1 rpm speed resolution. External logic level signal can control start/stop, direction and easy dispense function; external analog signal can adjust the rotating speed. Control signal is optically isolated. With RS485 MODBUS interface, easy to communicate with external device. Special cable for this can be bought too. Also there is PC software that enables external control/programming of the pump. Stainless steel enclosure, easy to clean, resistant to the corrosion of the acid, alkali, sodium and organic solvents.
Pump has very high linearity between rotation speed and flow rate and almost independent of hydraulic load. This means that flow rate can be calibrated by a simple 1-point calibration.
There is also a PC program interface which allows sequence programming of the pump rates. The picture below shows an example of this. On the right top side the sequence is shown with flow rates of 5 ml/min, 15 ml/min and 25 ml/min for 5 seconds each. The 15 ml/min is in opposite flow direction (CCW). Lower lest side shows the programming options. To utilise this PC program a USB/RS485 DB15 cable and a non-free license for the program is needed – please make a request if you have interest in this option.
