Terms and Conditions
1. APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
When a purchaser makes an order, our general sales conditions are accepted. Exemptions only apply if there is a written statement.
2. SALES
Redox-Flow only sell business-to-business and it is solely the sales conditions stated here that apply.
3. SERVICE
Except otherwise stated, products are sold uninstalled and no support for the installation and use can be expected other than the installation manuals provided with the product.
4. DELIVERIES AND RETURNS
Redox-Flow are authorized to make full or partial deliveries. The delivery times are indicated as exactly as possible, however, no damages or interest, invoicing for late delivery or cancellation of any orders in progress may result from any late delivery.
Complaints concerning failure, malfunction or any product defects upon delivery must be sent to us by email within three working days after receiving the products.
Complaints related to hidden defects must be sent to Redox-Flow by email within three working days after discovery of the hidden defect.
Redox-Flow cannot be held responsible for any defects that results from misuse or abnormal use of the product.
Failure due to general wear and tear is not considered a reason for returns and replacements.
Goods cannot be returned without our prior written agreement.
5. GENERAL STATEMENT ON GOOD SAFETY PRACTICE
All equipment is for research purposes and there is in general no specs on operation ranges. Redox-Flow cannot be held reliable for any damages caused by the use of the equipment. Users of our equipment are encouraged to make risk analysis of the experimental procedures and make adequate mitigations to prevent accidents and minimize impact if they occur. E.g. pumps can generate pressures up to 15 bars and blocking of flow can lead to burst of tubes or similar. For this reason always ensure to keep experimental setups in enclosures or fume hoods to minimise impact if an accident should occur.
6. COMPETENCE OF THE COURTS
All legal matters are subject to the competence of the courts that have jurisdiction over our company headquarters (Denmark).
